Social and emotional learning (SEL) is the process through which we understand and manage emotions, set and achieve positive goals, feel and show empathy for others, establish and maintain positive relationships, and make responsible decisions. Throughout this year, we will be incorporating SEL into our classroom curriculum. Not only do we want to see you become accomplished scholars, we also want to see you grow into responsible, kind, and determined individuals.
The resources on this page can be used to plan goals, manage stress or anxiety, or to help make better decisions. These resources will be updated periodically throughout the year.
